Our products are made-to-order, ensuring each item is unique and crafted specifically for you. Due to this personalized production process, we are unable to support returns or exchanges, if the incorrect size, color, or a change of mind is involved.
However, we stand by the quality of our products. In case of a damaged item or a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund. To address such issues, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product. Click the "Contact Us" form on our website and provide a clear photo showing the problem. Our team will promptly reply to you within 24-48 hours to resolve the issue.
Refunds will only be issued:
If there is an issue affecting multiple products with the same design, please provide an additional photo (or video) showing all affected items in one frame for confirmation purposes.
Please note that S7Soul.com cannot be held responsible for and will not offer reprints or refunds if the wrong size or color was ordered by the customer. In the case of an unsuccessful delivery, you may opt for either a reprint at no cost to you for shipping or a gift card/store credit to be used in our store at any time.
For direct-to-garment (DTG) products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement. Minor variations in print placement within this tolerance range will not be considered defects.
